Tele staff is beastly. That alone could change my playstyle. Jukes everywhere=instant map travel. You don't have to run to your next wood-base...

Which might be nerfed in the near future. 5 seconds may be a bit short.

How much does it cost though? A baser with enough spare gold for it and time to hunt for Armenias should be rewarded.

Well, it's a pretty powerful item that you get until you die. Suddenly, basing in a dead-end area isn't quite so deadly anymore because you will almost always have a place to run to.
Personally, I think the price could be raised a good 5 to 15 gold, with it's current abilities, and still be just fine. I know I'd still buy it.

I'd knock tele staff up. At least 25 gold. The other items either need a buff or their costs reduced though...
